Property Place

Our office, Property Place, is situated right in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically within the Okhla Industrial Estate. It’s a place where there is always a lot of noise from trucks and nearby factories. Our space is quite simple—just some chairs, a big table for maps, and a kettle for making tea. We deal with a lot of the industrial and commercial spaces around this part of Delhi. It isn't like those fancy real estate offices you see in the malls. We are mostly out on the road, looking at plots or checking on building conditions. We started this because we knew the Okhla area like the back of our hands. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and people looking for a place to start a small workshop or warehouse. The phone is usually the most important tool we have. Sometimes the paperwork gets complicated because of the local regulations, and we have to spend hours at government offices. It’s a bit of a grind, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don't mind. We don't make big claims about being the biggest or anything like that. We just know who owns what and who is looking to move. If you come by the estate, you’ll see our small sign among the many others. It’s an honest way to make a living in a very busy city. We take it one day at a time and keep moving.
