We are located in Malviya Nagar at M-57A on the Lower Ground Floor. It’s a little bit hidden away, but it’s a good place for us. We do international trade work, mostly dealing with machinery parts and things like that. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office isn't very big. We have shelves filled with samples and various parts we handle. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking on the phone with people in different time zones. This means sometimes we are here quite late or very early. It’s not a flashy showroom. It’s just a place where we do our work. Malviya Nagar is a great area because there is always something to eat nearby. We spend a lot of our time tracking shipments and making sure things are moving through the ports. It can be a headache when there are delays, but that’s just how this business goes. We are a small group of people. We don’t bother with big meetings or long speeches. We just talk to each other across the room to solve problems. It’s a very direct way of working. We’ve learned everything we know by just doing it every day. The walls have a few maps and notes pinned up to help us stay on track. It’s a practical setup and it works well for us. We just show up and handle the day's tasks.
