We are located at B-34 in Friends Colony. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice because it lets us focus on our work without too much noise from the street. The office is small and simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a lot of associate work, which basically means we help people with their paperwork and local requirements. It’s not the most exciting job, but it’s important for the people who come to us. We’ve been in Friends Colony for a while, and it feels like home now. Most of the people who come in are from nearby. We know them by name and they know us. We don't have a big staff, so things are pretty informal. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time checking documents. Sometimes the printer breaks down right when we need it, which is a pain. But we get by. We don't use any fancy software or big marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a small, honest operation. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with our families. It’s a good balance. If you’re looking for us, just look for the gate at B-34. It’s usually open during the day.
