Primo Realty

Our office is on the 2nd floor over in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I. It’s an interesting area to be in because there’s so much industry and business happening all around us every day. Primo Realty is right in the thick of it. We deal with a lot of different types of property, though being in Okhla means we see a lot of commercial and industrial stuff too. The building is a typical one for this area, and we’ve made our space comfortable enough for a full day's work. It gets busy with the trucks and commuters outside, but that’s Okhla for you. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different parties and making sure the details of a deal are sorted out. We aren't fancy and we don't pretend to be. We’re just here to get the job done. Sometimes we are juggling a few different things at once, but we manage to keep it all straight. We’ve learned a lot about how things work in this phase of the estate. If someone needs a spot for their business or a place nearby, we do our best to help them find it. It's practical, hard work and we're okay with that. Most of our day is just talking to people on the phone and checking out sites in person. We don't use polished sales talk, just regular conversation about what is available and what it costs.
