Prime Clinic

You can find us at C-140 in Defence Colony. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been part of it for a good bit of time. The clinic is a straightforward medical space. We don’t go in for much decoration. The walls are mostly white and we have the basic furniture needed for a doctor's office. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is nice for a clinic. People come in with their usual health concerns. We listen and we do what we can. Sometimes the air conditioner is a bit loud, but it keeps the place cool during the Delhi summers. We see a lot of the local residents who have lived in Defence Colony for decades. It feels like a small village sometimes, even though it’s in the middle of a big city. We keep our records in cabinets and try to stay on top of the schedule, though things can run late if a patient needs more time. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like a big corporation. We’re just a local clinic on the ground floor. It’s easy to walk in from the street. We like the pace of life here. It’s professional but it’s also very human. We just take it one day at a time. Sometimes the plants in the corner need more water than they get, but we try our best. The gate is usually open during the day time hours for everyone.
