Even though our name is Preksha Properties Pvt. Ltd. Patna, we are actually doing our work out of New Delhi these days. Our current office is at 570, Dda Flats in the Badarpur area, zip code 110044. It is a busy residential neighborhood and there are always people moving about or children playing outside. We have been working out of this flat for a while now, managing various property and real estate matters. It is not a big corporate headquarters by any means. It is just a functional space where we keep our records and talk to people about their housing needs. New Delhi is a tough place to do business sometimes because everything is so crowded and the rules are always changing, but we manage to get through it. We handle things like the paperwork for property sales and checking on different building sites. The name mentions Patna because that is where we started, but we have been in the Badarpur area of New Delhi for a long stretch. We do not have a receptionist or anything formal like that. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It is a very informal environment. We use simple English and tell people the plain facts about the buildings we manage. We spend a lot of time on the metro or in rickshaws getting across the city. It is a lot of legwork.
