Prabhat Clinic

You can find our clinic on the first floor of building 10 A, which is very close to the ISBT Sarai Kale Khan in Nangli Razapur. Because we are so near the major bus terminal, the area is always buzzing with people and traffic. You can hear the buses and the horns all day long from our windows. To get to us, you have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to the first floor. The clinic is not a very large space, and it can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies delivered. We have been here in the Nizamuddin area for quite a while. We see a mix of local residents and people who are just passing through the city. We do not have any fancy signs or modern interior design. It is just a plain room with some benches for waiting and a desk for the doctor. We keep our records in paper files, and things can look a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. It is a busy, functional place. We do not use any marketing tricks or polished language. We just open the doors and help the people who come in. It is a very human way of working. Most of our day is spent talking to patients and dealing with common illnesses. It is a practical clinic for a very busy part of Delhi.
