We are based at 102 Taimoor Nagar, which is right across from New Friends Colony in New Delhi. Our office and storage space are right in the middle of all the city noise. We handle supplies for various technical and electrical projects. It’s a lot of inventory management, honestly. Boxes come in and boxes go out every single day. The office is often a bit messy with packing tape and shipping labels, but that is just the nature of the supply business. We aren't trying to be some giant multinational company. We are a local team making sure our customers get the parts they need without any delay. New Delhi traffic can make deliveries a bit of a challenge, but we’ve learned the best routes over the years. We don't use fancy slogans or have a polished sales pitch. If we have the part in stock, we tell you. If we don’t, we try to find it. It’s a very practical way to run a business. Most of our regulars are contractors who just need reliable gear for their jobs. We spend our mornings checking the latest shipments and our afternoons sorting out the paperwork. It’s a long day sometimes, but we like being part of the trade community here in Taimoor Nagar. There is always a lot of activity and we just keep our heads down and work.
