Accenture India Private Limited has a place at A 103 in Sarita Vihar, right off the Mathura Road in South Delhi. If you’re coming from the metro, it’s not a bad walk, though the heat in the summer makes it feel twice as long. This part of New Delhi 110044 is a mix of residential blocks and small offices, so it’s got a very lived-in vibe. Our unit is on the ground floor, which is lucky because we don’t have to deal with the stairs when we’re carrying heavy bags or lunch. The Mathura Road traffic is always humming in the background like a constant white noise. Inside, it’s just a regular office setup. We’ve got the AC going most of the time because the Delhi sun is no joke. The furniture is functional, nothing that belongs in a magazine, but it gets the job done. We mostly stay focused on our computers, but we do take breaks to chat about what’s happening in the neighborhood or where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s an honest sort of place. We don't try to impress anyone with fancy decorations. We’re just here to handle the business at hand and make sure everything stays on track. The park nearby is a nice spot to sit for five minutes if the day gets too busy. It’s a decent place to work, surrounded by the everyday life of South Delhi.
