Abn Amro Bank

At Abn Amro Bank, we operate out of B 69 in Defence Colony, New Delhi 110024. Most people just call it Def Col. It’s a well-known area, but our office at B 69 is pretty low-key. We aren't one of those places with a giant neon sign out front. We just have our space in the building. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us. The neighborhood is nice to walk around during lunch, though it can get pretty busy with cars looking for parking. We’ve been here in 110024 for a while now. The staff here is a small group. We know each other well and we don't bother with corporate rituals. We just get the work done. The building B 69 is an older structure, but it’s sturdy and has character. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very human way to work. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a clock. People in Defence Colony know where we are if they need us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the accounts in order and the records straight. It’s an honest day’s work in a familiar part of New Delhi.
