A N Prakash Construction Project Management Consultants Pvt Ltd is located over at 48 Johri Farms in Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. We have been working out of this spot for a good while now. Our main focus is just keeping construction projects moving along like they are supposed to. Managing a building site is a lot of work and things rarely go exactly to plan. There are always delays with materials or issues with the weather that we have to deal with on a daily basis. We spend most of our time checking on the workers, looking over the site progress, and making sure the costs don't get out of hand. It is not a very glamorous job, mostly involve wearing boots and being out in the dust for hours. We try to be practical and honest with the people we work for. If there is a problem, we just say it and then try to find a way to fix it. Our office in Jamia Nagar is where we do all the paperwork and have our meetings. It is a bit of a trek for some, but it is a good location for the projects we handle around New Delhi. We are just a group of people who know how to get buildings finished without too much extra nonsense. It takes a lot of coordination and we are usually pretty busy from Monday to Saturday.
