Posh Real Estate

We work out of Flat No 719/A in the Hemkund Chamber in Nehru Place. Nehru Place is always a bit chaotic with so many people looking for electronics or heading to offices. Our office is up in the building, and the elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour. We spend our days looking at property listings and talking to people about where they want to live or work. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Real estate in this city is always changing, so we have to keep track of a lot of different things at once. The office at Posh Real Estate isn’t huge, but it fits all of us. We have maps on the walls and folders full of documents for different buildings. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, and other times we are just sitting here waiting for a client to show up. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It’s a tough business sometimes because people can be very particular about what they want. We just try to listen and find something that matches their needs. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic real estate work. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the long afternoons. It’s a good spot to be in because everyone knows Nehru Place, even if it is a bit crowded. That is our daily life here.
