Pooja Building Material

Pooja Building Material is located at B-214 in the JJ Colony area of Khanpur. We’ve been supplying stuff to the local builders and homeowners for a long time. Our yard is usually full of sand, bricks, and cement bags. It’s a messy business, but someone has to do it. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning or nice furniture. We mostly spend our time outside or in a small shed checking the stock. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is out in the middle of summer. We know the local contractors and the people building their own houses. We don't use any fancy sales talk or marketing brochures. We just tell you what we have in stock and what the price is today. Prices change, trucks get delayed, and sometimes the rain makes everything difficult to move. That’s just the way it goes in this line of work. We aren't a big chain with multiple locations. We’re just a local family-run spot in Khanpur. People come to us because they know we’ve been here forever and we don't play games with the numbers. We don't even have a big sign or a fancy logo. Just the materials piled up and a few of us working. It’s a simple, honest business. We try to help out where we can. If you need something for your construction site, you just come by the colony and look for us. We’re usually around from early morning until the sun goes down in the evening.
