In New Delhi, we are located at DDA Flat Number 597 in the Badarpur area. Alok Kumar Jha and Rakesh Kumar Jha are the ones who manage things from this spot. It’s quite different from being at a big cement plant in the countryside. Here, we are right in the middle of the city noise and the traffic that Badarpur is known for. The office is inside a regular residential flat, so it’s very low-key and quiet once you get inside. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the communication for Grasim Industries Limited from here. It’s not a place where you’ll see bags of cement stacked up, but it’s where a lot of the important behind-the-scenes work happens. We don’t have a professional marketing team or anyone to make us look more polished than we are. We just answer the phones, file the documents, and make sure the business side of things stays on track. The stairs in the building can be a bit of a climb, and the neighborhood is always bustling with people. We like being in Delhi because it keeps us close to the main trade routes and other offices. It’s a practical location for the staff who live in the city and don't want to travel out to the factories every day. We just keep our heads down and get the administrative tasks finished so the cement can keep moving elsewhere.
