Placement Firm

We are based out of F-111 in the Sarita Vihar SFS flats. It’s right on Mathura Road, so the sound of trucks and cars is something we hear all day long. The address is 110076 for anyone trying to mail us something. We call ourselves Placement Firm, which is exactly what it sounds like. We help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking at printed out CVs. The office is a bit small, tucked inside the residential complex. It’s got that lived-in feel, with tea stains on the coasters and stacks of paper that never seem to go away. We aren't some big corporate agency with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We’ve been in Sarita Vihar for quite some time now. We like it because it’s easy to explain to people where we are—just tell them we’re near Mathura Road. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the main road, but we keep the windows shut. It’s just us doing the best we can to match people up with work. It’s a simple operation, nothing too fancy or complicated about it. We just show up and do the work. The team is small, but we know what we are doing.
