Pitambara Tours & Travels

Pitambara Tours & Travels is right on the main road in Kalkaji. We are at A 71, which is easy to spot because it's right near Aggarwal Sweets. Most people know that landmark, so it helps when giving directions. The office stays busy because of where we are. There’s a lot of foot traffic and people popping in to ask questions. It’s not a very big space, so it can get a bit cramped when a few people are inside at once. We have maps and some old posters on the walls, and there’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere. Being on the main road means it’s never really quiet. You can always hear the horns and the people outside. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of chairs, but we make it work. It’s a very local kind of place. We know the people at the sweet shop and the other businesses nearby. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything. We just show up, talk to people, and try to keep things moving. It’s just how things are done here in Kalkaji. It is a bit loud and messy sometimes, but we are used to that. We just handle things as they come and don't make a big fuss.
