Pioneer Client Associates Pvt Ltd is located on the ground floor of M 39 in Shri Niwash Puri, New Delhi. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with stairs all day. It’s a busy little area in 110065. We’ve got a few desks and some filing cabinets. It’s a place where we handle client stuff. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of associates. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. People walk past the windows all the time, and sometimes they peek in to see what we’re doing. It’s a very local feel. We know the shops nearby and where to get a decent lunch. The office is a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. We don't use much jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some of us have lived in Delhi our whole lives. Working in Shri Niwash Puri means dealing with the usual city noise and the occasional water issue. We don't mind. It’s just part of being here. We focus on the associates' work and making sure the records are kept straight. There’s no glitter or gold here. Just a plain office with people trying to do their jobs well enough to get home on time. Usually, we just turn off the lights and lock up by six.
