Pico Event Mktg I Pvt Ltd operates out of a small space in Khanpur Extension at A 27/15. It is a regular building on a street that gets pretty dusty when the wind picks up in the afternoon. Inside, we have a few desks pushed together and a lot of old event banners leaning in the corners from jobs we did months ago. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of people; it is just a handful of us trying to coordinate things and hope they go right. Most of our day is spent on the computer or arguing with vendors over the price of printing and transportation. The floor is a bit uneven, and the fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that you eventually stop noticing after about an hour or two. We don't really have a big brand image or anything like that. We just take on jobs, plan them out, and try to make sure nothing goes wrong on the day of the event. Sometimes we eat lunch together at the desks, and other times everyone is too busy to even grab a quick sandwich. We have some samples of materials we use for booths scattered around, and there’s always a half-empty bottle of water on someone's desk. It is a practical office for practical work. We like being in Khanpur because we are close enough to the main roads to get where we need to go and the tea stall nearby is decent.
