Finding us in Okhla Phase-2 can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the layout of the industrial area. We are at D-4/1, and the whole street is usually lined with delivery vans and motorcycles. The air around here mostly smells like machine oil and metal dust. We do a lot of engineering work, so there is always the sound of cutting or grinding coming from the back. Our shop floor is made of thick concrete that has seen a lot of use over the years. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for a long time. We don't really go for fancy titles or corporate meetings. Usually, we just look at the technical drawings on the clipboard and get to work. It’s a messy job sometimes, and by the end of the shift, everyone is ready to head home and beat the Delhi traffic. We have a small desk near the front for the phone and the billing books. It gets quite busy with people calling to check on their parts. We don't make big promises we can't keep, so we just tell them how it is. There’s a small area where we keep the raw steel and the finished pieces. It’s a simple setup, but it’s how we have always done things. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep the machines running right.
