Part Owner

Our place, known simply as Part Owner, is on the second floor of B 51 in Amar Colony. Being in Lajpat Nagar IV means we are right in the middle of all the action in New Delhi. The market is just a short walk away. There’s always a place to get good food or run a quick errand nearby. Narrow stairs lead up to the second floor, so be careful if you're carrying anything bulky. It’s a fairly small office, but it has everything needed to keep things running. We deal with various ownership matters and general business tasks here. Not everything we do is glamorous, but the work keeps us busy from morning till evening. Usually, three or four people are in here at any given time. Folders and binders are stacked high on the shelves because physical copies still feel necessary just in case. Looking out the windows, you can see all the hustle and bustle on the street below. Sometimes the noise gets a bit loud, especially during festival seasons. Most of us have learned to talk over it by now. No big corporate lobby or receptionist exists here. Just knock and come on in if the door is unlocked. This simple way of doing things suits us best. It’s just a local spot where we get our work done without any fuss or fancy titles or anything like that.
