Parkash Properties is located over at 1 Sarita Vihar, specifically in the H Block Market at Plot No. 11. The market is always buzzing, so there is never a dull moment around our office. We have been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm of the H Block area. Our space isn't anything special to look at, just a regular office with some old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We spend our time helping neighbors find homes or helping shopkeepers find new spots in the market. It’s simple work, really. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It’s just us. We know which houses get the best light and which streets get too noisy during the holidays. That kind of local knowledge is what we use to help people out. Sometimes the market gets so loud we have to close the door to hear the phone, but we like being where the action is. We handle the paperwork, make sure the keys are where they should be, and try to make sure nobody gets a headache over a house deal. It’s just a standard local property shop. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to be useful to the folks around Sarita Vihar.
