Parkaire Engg. Co. (P) Ltd.

Parkaire Engg. Co. (P) Ltd. is located at D-15/4 in Phase-2 of the Okhla Indl. Area. It is a pretty busy industrial zone, as anyone who has been here knows. There are trucks moving in and out all the time, and the roads can be a bit bumpy. Our place is a solid building, nothing fancy. We spend most of our hours here among the machines and the blueprints. It is a bit noisy sometimes, especially when the neighbors are running their equipment, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small office area where the tea is made and the bills are paid. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we have not gotten around to it yet. Too much else to do. Most of the staff at Parkaire Engg. Co. (P) Ltd. have been around for a long time. We know the security guards at the gate and the guys at the tea stall around the corner. It is a practical setup. We are not trying to impress anyone with a glass building. D-15/4 is where we do the work. It is just an honest day's labor in Phase-2. We keep the lights on and the tools ready. That is about all there is to it. We just try to get through the list of tasks every day and make sure the place stays organized enough to find what we need.
