Our office is on the 3rd floor of Kushal House, which is building number 39 in Nehru Place. If you know Nehru Place, you know it’s the heart of the computer market in Delhi. It’s always crowded and there’s always something happening outside. Paracosmic Innovation Studios Privatelimited is based right in the middle of all that chaos. We like it because if we need a spare part or a new cable, we can just walk downstairs and find it in five minutes. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in. There are piles of hardware and old boxes in the corners. We aren't the most organized bunch when it comes to the physical space, but we know where everything is. The windows are a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but they let in enough light. We spend our time working on various innovation projects and tech designs. It’s a lot of brainstorming and trial and error. We don’t have a dress code or anything like that; we just wear whatever is comfortable. The air conditioning is essential here, especially in the summer months. It’s a hardworking little studio where people actually enjoy what they’re doing without any corporate pressure. We just do our thing and try to make stuff that works well. It is a bit cramped, but the energy of the market keeps us going through the long afternoons.
