R Systems International Limited is based out of Madanpur Khadar, specifically at number 349 in Chouhan Mohlla. It’s a part of New Delhi-76 that feels very local. When you walk through the neighborhood to get to the office, you see kids playing and people going about their daily business. Our building sits right in the middle of it all. Inside, the atmosphere is focused on the systems and international work we handle. It is a lot of data, coding, and coordination. We have desks cluttered with wires and old coffee mugs. It’s not a corporate glass tower; it’s a real building in a real neighborhood. Sometimes the noise from the street comes in through the windows, but you get used to it. We have a small team here that has been working together for a long time. Everyone knows where the best local lunch spots are nearby. The work can be demanding because we deal with clients in different time zones, so someone is usually here at odd hours. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or a gym. It is just a place where we sit down, open our laptops, and try to solve whatever problems came in overnight. It’s a practical setup for the kind of technical work we do in this part of the city. We’ve been at this Chouhan Mohlla location for a while now and it works for us.
