Hcl Technology

Our setup for Hcl Technology is over in Okhla Vihar, specifically at A-9 in the Ali Apartment building. It’s a residential block, so it’s not your typical high-rise office environment. We’ve turned one of the apartment units into our workspace. It’s a bit cozy, especially when all of us are in at the same time. We focus on tech work, which means there are wires and monitors pretty much everywhere you look. We don't have a big lobby or a sign that lights up at night. Usually, we just leave the door unlocked if we’re expecting someone. Okhla Vihar is a lively place with a lot of students and small shops, so there’s always a bit of noise from the street. We like being here because it’s a real neighborhood. We aren't interested in corporate polish or using fancy language to describe what we do. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get to it. Some days we stay late to finish up a project, and other days we head out early if things are quiet. We make our own tea and sometimes bring in food to share. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We’ve been at this for a while and have found a rhythm that works for us. We don't need a massive campus to do our jobs. Just a decent internet connection and a place to sit is enough. It’s a small, practical office in a busy part of town.
