Palak Apparel

Palak Apparel is located on the ground floor at 4/22 Vikram Vihar. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main markets, which is nice for us. We spend most of our time among rolls of fabric and sewing machines. The space isn’t huge but it fits everything we need to get the daily work done. Usually, the radio is playing in the background while we cut and stitch. We aren't trying to be some high-end fashion house. We just make clothes. It's practical work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the ground floor gets a bit cramped when a new shipment of materials arrives, but we sort it out. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Vikram Vihar. Most people who come by are regulars or folks from nearby. We don't really have a big marketing plan. We just focus on the garments sitting right in front of us. It’s a hands-on job and our hands are usually full. We like being on the ground floor because it's easy to move things in and out. If you walk past, you'll probably hear the hum of the machines. It's just us at Palak Apparel doing our thing day after day. No fuss, just a lot of thread and fabric and people working together to finish the orders. The lighting isn't the best but we know every corner of this room by now.
