Our place is located in Sheikh Sarai Phase I, at F-20. It is a quiet corner compared to some of the main roads, which we like. The office is tucked away in the residential block, so it feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We have a small table where we keep our property listings and a few chairs that have seen better days. Sheikh Sarai is a tight-knit community, and we have lived or worked around here for most of our lives. We mostly deal with the DDA flats and the local houses in Phase I and II. Usually, we start the day by checking our messages and then heading out to meet someone who wants to show their flat. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. The walls are a bit bare, and the carpet is getting a little thin near the entrance. We focus on the local market and don't try to branch out too far because we like knowing every street and alley. People drop in without an appointment all the time, just to ask what the prices are like lately. We give them a straight answer and maybe a glass of water. It’s a steady pace of work and we are happy staying right here in the neighborhood. We’ve seen kids grow up and buy their own homes nearby, which makes the whole thing feel more personal to us.
