Our office is tucked away in Sainik Farms, over in the Khanpur area. The address is W-3/3. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the industrial zones, which is nice when you have to focus on big projects. Om Metals Infraprojects Ltd. focuses on the infrastructure side of things. We handle the heavy stuff that goes into buildings and roads. It’s a lot of planning and making sure the right materials get to the right site at the right time. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site photos. The team here isn't very big, but we’ve worked together for a long time. We aren't really the type to wear ties unless there is a very important meeting. Most of the time, we’re just in regular clothes, drinking tea and trying to solve problems. The gate can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking for the W-3/3 sign. We like it here because it feels less like a corporate grind. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we just have to wait it out. That’s life. We don’t do a lot of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name on a project site somewhere. We just show up every day and try to get the infrastructure parts sorted out. It is steady work and it keeps us busy. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things right and stay on schedule.
