Malik Scrap

Malik Scrap is located right on Sangam Vihar Pradhan Market Road. It’s a very busy spot because of the market, so there’s always a lot of noise and people walking past our door. We’ve been at this location for about eight years now. We manage everything ourselves without any outside help. We take in all kinds of metal scrap, from old pipes to broken appliances that don't work anymore. The shop is quite small, so we have to be careful about how we stack things. If we aren't careful, the whole place starts to look like a giant mountain of junk. We aren't interested in being a big company with many branches. We just want to provide a place where neighbors can bring their old stuff and get a fair price. The traffic on Pradhan Market Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but it brings us a lot of walk-in customers. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through the copper and iron. It’s dirty work and we go home covered in grime every night. But it's what we know how to do. We don't have any fancy brochures or some polished mission statement. We just open up, do the work, and close the shutters at night. It’s a simple, practical way to live. We are just part of the local street and we like it here.
