Ogrodeep

We are based in New Delhi, specifically in the 110003 zip code area. It’s a central part of the city, so there is always something happening right outside our doorstep. The name Ogrodeep means something to us, but we don't go around shouting about it. Our focus is mostly on our daily tasks here in the capital. The heat in Delhi can be pretty intense during the summer months, so our office is a bit of a refuge where we can get some work done in peace. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass skyscraper; we are just a local setup where people know each other’s names. Most of our day is spent handling paperwork, taking calls, and meeting with people who stop by. The neighborhood is a mix of old and new, and we fit right into that middle ground. We don't have any scripted speeches about our goals or anything like that. A lot of our effort goes into making sure the work we do today is as good as what we did yesterday. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for people to get here on time, but that’s just part of living in Delhi. We have our routines, like where we get our morning coffee or which way we walk to the station. It’s a simple, honest way of working, and we’re happy to be part of the community in this corner of the city. We hope to stay here for a long time.
