Our office is tucked away in Vikram Vihar, specifically 22/141 in Lajpat Nagar 4. It’s a small space, but it’s where all the planning and the phone calls happen. We’ve been coordinating different types of events from here for quite some time now. It could be a corporate meeting or just a local community festival, we end up handling a bit of everything. Lajpat Nagar is always crowded, so just getting equipment in and out of the narrow lanes is a task in itself. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different vendors and checking on venues across the city. It isn't always glamorous work, despite what people think about event management. There is a lot of lifting, hauling, and standing around for hours in the heat. We try to stay organized, but in this business, things change at the last minute all the time. You just have to deal with it and move on. We have a small team, mostly just people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and stay late. We don't spend much on advertising; it’s mostly just people telling their friends about us after a job is done. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in Vikram Vihar. It’s a decent place to work from. We just keep our heads down and get the job done for whoever calls us, trying to keep things as simple as possible.
