Our office is at number 4 in Greater Kailash II, very close to the Savitri Cinema Complex. It’s a good spot because people usually know where the cinema is, so they don’t get lost. We deal with property and real estate around this part of the city. The office is simple, with some maps on the wall and a few chairs that have seen better days. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and going out to look at buildings or plots of land. Greater Kailash is a busy area, so there’s always something happening right outside the door. We spend a lot of time driving around to show houses to people. The paperwork part is boring, but it’s a big part of the job, so we sit at our desks and get it done. We aren't a big agency with many branches. It’s just us here near Savitri Cinema. We know the streets around here quite well. Some days are just spent waiting for a client who is stuck in traffic. We keep some water and tea ready for whoever walks in. The air conditioner is old and makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the place cool during the summer months. It’s a basic business. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just talk to people and help them find a place to stay or do business. It’s a lot of walking and talking every single day.
