Nikki Overseas

Our office is up on the first floor at D-13 in Amar Colony. If you know Lajpat Nagar Part-IV, you know how busy it gets around here. There’s always something happening on the street below. We’ve been here for a while, working on the overseas side of things. It’s mostly desks and piles of files, nothing too exciting to look at. We spend the day talking to people in different time zones, so the hours can be a bit weird sometimes. Someone is usually here early or staying late to catch a call. It’s a small space, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be some big, glossy corporation. We are just a group of people making sure the orders get where they need to go across the borders. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when moving boxes. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up in the peak of summer, but we manage. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is right nearby. It’s a lot of logistical work and checking documents over and over to avoid mistakes. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a flashy website. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this for years and know the ropes. It is just honest work that keeps us coming in every morning to handle the export tasks.
