Up on the top floor of B 132 in CR Park, you’ll find our Niit Tech office. Chittaranjan Park is a great neighborhood in New Delhi, known for its food and its lively atmosphere. Being on the top floor means we get a bit of a view of the rooftops around us. It also means we have to climb a few flights of stairs, which keeps us moving. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and all our computer gear. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our daylight hours. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people trying to polish our image. We just do the work. The neighborhood is full of life, and during festivals, you can really feel the energy from up here. Sometimes we go down to the local market to grab some snacks or a quick lunch. It’s nice to be in a place that feels like a real community instead of an isolated industrial park. We don't follow any corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just say things as they are. If the internet is slow or a computer is acting up, we deal with it and keep going. It’s a small, dedicated team here in CR Park, just trying to do our jobs well and go home to our families.
