The office is located at H 1570 in CR Park, which is one of the more recognizable parts of New Delhi. If you know the area, you know it has a very specific vibe, and we feel like a part of that. Our building is pretty normal, nothing that stands out too much from the street. Inside, it’s just a bunch of us working on various projects and helping people who come in for training. We’ve got the 110019 pincode, and we’ve been here for a good stretch of time. There’s always a bit of chaos with the traffic outside, but inside we try to keep things moving along. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or the fanciest place in town. We just have our desks, our laptops, and a lot of papers that need filing. It’s a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work somehow. Lunchtime is usually spent chatting about whatever is happening in the news or the neighborhood. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets done and people get the help they need. It’s a very human way to run a business. No scripts, no fake smiles, just us being ourselves in a busy part of the city. We keep the doors open and just deal with the daily tasks as they come. It is what it is.
