If you head over to F Block in Zakir Nagar, specifically 11 44 in Joga Bai Extn, you’ll find our small office. Nexgen Consultancy is tucked away in this busy part of New Delhi. It’s a lively area with lots of food stalls and shops, so there’s always a smell of something cooking in the air. Our office is simple, just a few chairs and a couple of desks where we help people with various consulting matters. It’s often a bit crowded inside because the space isn't that big. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the rhythms of the neighborhood. The mornings are usually quiet but as the day goes on the street gets narrower with all the carts and bikes. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come in with different problems. It might be about some official work or something else entirely. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. You just walk in and if we’re busy you might have to stand for a bit. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks through the door. It’s a local business through and through. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. That’s how it works here. We keep our hours flexible because people have busy lives.
