Newnest Apparel Llp is tucked away on the ground floor of house number 11C in Hauz Rani. If you know the area, you know how tight those streets can get. We chose this spot because it felt right for a small apparel setup. There is always something happening right outside the door, with neighbors passing by and the sounds of the local market. Inside, it is just us working with clothes. We have some racks and tables where we sort through everything. It is a bit cramped sometimes when a big shipment arrives, but we make it work. We are not some big company with a huge marketing team. It is just a few of us making sure the apparel gets where it needs to go. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that is just part of living and working in this part of Delhi. We started this because we wanted to do something of our own in the clothing line. It is a simple operation. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the day's tasks, and head home when the sun goes down. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the quality of the fabric we have on hand. It is a practical life, and we like the Hauz Rani vibe.
