If you are looking for Yogesh Property, we are over at J - 4/100A on the ground floor. We are tucked into Khirki Extension, which is part of the larger Malviya Nagar area. It is a bit of a maze back here sometimes, but once you find the right lane, we are easy to spot. We have been working out of this ground floor space for a good while. Most of our work is right here in the neighborhood. We help people find places to rent or buy, mostly small apartments and local shops. The area is always buzzing with people and scooters. We don't have a big reception area, just a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to chat. It is a very local business. We know most of the landlords around Khirki and Malviya Nagar. Our days are spent mostly walking between different properties or sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. We don't put on any airs; we just tell people what is available and what the prices are like these days. It is simple work, really. We handle the papers and make sure the keys get to the right person. Living and working in the same area means we are always around if someone needs to ask a question or look at a place on short notice. We just handle the property stuff day by day.
