We are located at Office No.A-86 on the ground floor, right in the heart of the Kirti Nagar Timber Market. Being based in the timber market means it is always a bit noisy and there are usually trucks blocking the narrow roads, but that is just how life is here. We have been in this spot for a while, and we handle all the usual estate agent stuff for the local community. Our office is pretty basic with just some old desks and a couple of chairs for people to sit on while we talk. We do not use any fancy marketing language or try to sound like a big company from the city. We are just local people helping other local people find shops or small flats nearby. Most of the time, we are busy checking on properties or meeting with landlords to see what is available. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, and sometimes things take longer than they should because of all the paperwork. We do not mind, though. We like the hustle of the market and seeing the different businesses grow around us. Most of our work comes from people just walking in because they saw our sign while they were buying wood or hardware. We do not have a big website or do much advertising. We just focus on what is right in front of us and try to get the deals done fairly for everyone involved in the process. (252 words)
