Ups Properties

You can find us at K-125 in Rajapuri, which is a part of Dwarka we’ve called home for many years. We deal in properties, but we aren't like those big corporate firms you see in the fancy parts of the city. Our office is just a small room with a few chairs and a table where we keep our registers. We spend most of our days talking to people who want to buy a small plot or maybe rent an apartment nearby. It’s a lot of walking around and showing people different buildings. Some days are very slow and we just sit and drink tea, while other days we don't even have time for lunch. We know the lanes of Rajapuri like the back of our hands. We can tell you which houses have water issues or which ones are built really solid. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website. Usually, people just see our name and walk in because they heard we were honest from a friend. We try to keep things simple and don't use any complicated legal talk if we can help it. If the paperwork looks confusing, we just sit down and go through it line by line until everyone understands what is going on. It’s just how we like to work. We aren't perfect, but we try to be helpful to anyone who comes through the door.
