Our office is located at WZ 408, C/2 in Basai Darapur. It is a local neighborhood and we have been a part of it for quite a long time. The office is tucked away a bit, but most people who live around here know exactly where we are. We handle property stuff for the locals, mostly buying and selling small places or helping with rentals. It is a lot of walking around and talking to people on their doorsteps. We don't have any fancy corporate branding or anything like that. It is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we keep our files. Most days involve someone coming in with a problem or a question about their property papers. We spend a lot of time trying to get the details right. Basai Darapur is a busy place, and there is always something happening with the local houses. We like to keep things informal and easygoing. Sometimes we have to go to the local government offices to sort out documents, which can take all day. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It is a small team here, and we all know each other well. We don't make big promises; we just tell people what is possible and what isn't. It is an honest living, and we are happy to be working in this neighborhood every day with the people we know.
