Our spot is S-38 in Greater Kailash Part-2. It’s a well-known area, and we’ve been operating out of this specific space for some time now. Tamanna Realtors isn't one of those big, shiny agencies you see in the real estate magazines. We’re just a local outfit handling property matters in GK and the surrounding blocks. The office is a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it’s comfortable enough for a chat and a cup of tea. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people who live nearby or those who get our phone number from a friend or a neighbor. We deal with all sorts of property stuff, from small apartments for young professionals to larger houses for families. GK Part-2 is a busy place, but our little corner stays relatively sane compared to the main market area. We aren't into the whole high-pressure sales thing that some other places do. We just show the listings we have, talk about the current prices, and let people think it over at their own pace. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand with our notebooks, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage to get through it. We know the local parks and where the best shops are, which helps when people ask us questions about moving to the neighborhood. It’s a small business, and we treat it that way. No corporate jargon or big promises. Just real estate work in a part of town we know well.
