Swastic Real Home Pvt. Ltd.

We are right at B-309 in Chittaranjan Park. It is a nice spot just across from the Nehru Park Apartment buildings. We have been working as Swastic Real Home Pvt. Ltd. for quite a while now. The office is not very big, but it has enough room for us to sit and talk with people who stop by. We usually have the door open to let some air in, unless it is too hot outside. Most of the people we see are locals who have lived in CR Park for years. They know us and we know them. We spend a lot of time just walking around the blocks to see which houses are getting renovated or which flats might be coming up for rent soon. It is more about knowing the streets than looking at a computer screen all day. We do not have any slick sales pitches or fancy brochures to give out. We just tell you what we know about the building and the landlord. Sometimes we sit on the benches in the park nearby just to get away from the phone for a bit. It is a quiet way to do business, but it works for us. If you are looking for a place in this part of Delhi, you can just walk in and ask. We are usually here having tea and going through our papers. It's not a complicated setup, just us and our desks, waiting for the next neighbor to walk in.
