You can find us at Plot No. Rz-381/21 on the Main Tuglakabad Road, right across from the Tara Apartment. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always noise and movement outside our door. We’ve been in the Tughlakabad Extension for a long time. The office is just a place where we keep our papers and meet people who are looking for a new home or a bit of land. We spend a lot of our day walking the back streets around here to see what’s for rent or sale. It isn't a shiny office with a lot of staff. It is just a handful of us who know this part of the city inside out. People come in with all sorts of questions about property, and we do our best to give them a straight answer based on what we see happening in the market. We don't have a big marketing budget. Our name gets around because we've lived and worked here forever. The main road can be a bit dusty, but it’s where everything happens. We handle the paperwork, talk to the owners, and try to make things work for the folks who come to us. It is a simple business, really. Just helping people figure out their housing needs without making it complicated. We’re usually here until the sun goes down and the traffic thins out.
