Singh Properties operates out of Office No C-101 in the Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase II. We are located right near DD Motors, which is a landmark most people in the area know. Being in an industrial zone means it is often noisy and there is a lot of dust from the trucks and workshops nearby. Our office isn't a place for fancy meetings; it is a practical space where we handle property deals for this part of Delhi. We work with a lot of industrial spaces but also help people find places to live nearby. The days are usually long and involve a lot of walking around the various blocks of Mayapuri. We know the area is a bit gritty, but there is a lot of business happening here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with the local authorities regarding property documents. It is a lot of legwork, literally. People come to us because we are right here in the middle of it and we don't mind the chaos of the industrial area. We keep our records in order and try to give people the straight story on what a property is like. It is not a polished business, just a regular office doing regular work every day. We have been here a while and know the local landlords pretty well.
