Seba Real Estate Ltd.

Seba Real Estate Ltd. is located at No-C/150, right on the second floor. We are very close to the Green Park Main Market, which is always a hive of activity. Our office is in the Safdarjung Development Area, or SDA as everyone calls it. It’s a really well-known part of Green Park. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice when things get slow. Real estate in this part of Delhi is always interesting, and there is never a dull moment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who want to move into the neighborhood. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time. Our space is filled with old files and a few desks that have seen better days. It is a comfortable place to work, though. We like being near the main market because we can just walk out and get whatever we need, from a quick snack to office supplies. The traffic around here can be a real headache in the evenings, but that is just part of living in Delhi. We are just regular people doing our jobs and trying to keep up with all the changes in the local property market. It’s a busy life, but we like the area we are in and the people we meet.
