Our place is at Plot No. 538 in Dwarka. Being near the large university means there are always a lot of students and teachers walking around the area. It makes the surroundings feel a bit more alive compared to the quieter sectors. The building is easy to spot once you get close to the university gates. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the files and a place to sit and talk. We don't really do anything flashy. Mostly, it is just about keeping track of what is happening in the local property market. The chairs are a bit old but they are comfortable enough for a long talk. We usually start the day with a bit of cleaning and then wait for the phone to ring. Sometimes it stays quiet for hours, other times three people walk in at once. That is just how it goes in this business. We don't use any complicated software or systems. Just a pen, a diary, and a lot of talking. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first came here. More buildings have come up and the roads are busier. But our corner remains pretty much the same. It is a bit plain, but we like it that way because it keeps things practical for everyone who visits us. It is just a normal office for normal people.
