Sahil Estate

If you go to the CSC DDA Market in New Friends Colony, you’ll find Sahil Estate at Shop Number 10 on the first floor. We are right near building A-260. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so take your time coming up. It’s a busy market area with lots of people coming and going for groceries or tea. We’ve been in this shop for a good bit of time. It’s not very large, but it fits everything we need. Most of the time, the fan is humming and we are sorting through files. New Friends Colony is a nice place, lots of trees and quiet spots, even with the market nearby. We handle a lot of different properties around here. People come in looking for a quiet corner or something near the main road. We don't do anything fancy with websites or big ads. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We sit, have some water, and talk about what’s available. Sometimes the market gets very noisy in the evenings when everyone is out shopping. That’s when we usually close up and head home. It’s a decent living. We know the guards and the other shopkeepers in the DDA complex. It’s like a little community here. We just try to stay helpful and keep our records straight in the office. We are just another shop in the market.
