Sagar Properties

We’ve been sitting here at Najafgarh Road for a good while now, right next to the Majestic Crown Banquet. If you know the Shivaji Marg area, you know how busy it gets with all the weddings and traffic. Our shop, Sagar Properties, started inside the Gita Enterprises space because it just made sense at the time. Mostly it's just us handling the day-to-day stuff, looking at files or answering the phone when people call about shops and houses nearby. On most days, you'll find us drinking tea and waiting for the next person to walk through the door with a question about a lease. It’s not fancy here. There’s a lot of dust from the road and the noise from the banquet hall can get pretty loud during the peak season, but we’re used to it. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around number 24 quite well. People stop by just to chat sometimes, not even about property. Keeping things simple is how we work. If someone needs to find a place or sell something, we look through our notebooks. It’s a lot of manual work, checking papers and making sure everything is decent. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the Najafgarh stretch. It’s been a long journey from when we first opened up here. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we prefer if people just come by and talk face to face.
