R.V.S. Properties

We are located at Shop Number 30 in South Patel Nagar. Being so close to the Patel Nagar Metro Station means there are always people walking by. Our shop is small, but it’s enough space for what we do. We deal with houses, flats, and shops in this part of town. Most of the time, we are just sitting here with a map of the area and a list of what's for rent or sale. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking to different buildings to check on things. The shop gets a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. The metro made things much busier. We don't have any high-tech gadgets, just a few chairs and a desk where we sign papers. People know us around here because we’ve been in the same spot for a long time. We aren't interested in being some big company. We just like helping people find a place to stay or a spot for their own shop. It’s straightforward work. Sometimes we close early if the weather is bad or if we have to go see a site. That's just how it goes for a small shop in South Patel Nagar. It is a lot of walking but it keeps us moving.
